Today i am going to introduce you to Gargantis by Thomas Taylor. My cousin lent it to me and i loved it!
The series continues with a new mystery at Eerie-on-sea, starting with a hooded figure checking into the Grand Nautilus Hotel. A storm is raging and Herbie finds himself once more in the company of Violet Parma to solve the mystery of Gargantis. An ancient artifact containing a mysterious light washes up and Herbie and Violet have to act fast to save the town. But in doing so, Herbie has to face his worst nightmare head on. They make a new friend called Blaze Westerley, who becomes a key ally in their visit to the place Herbie fears the most...
There is so much more i could tell you about this book but i won't spoil it all!
This book has more Eerie-on-sea fun with more visits to the quirky book dispensary, cameraluna magic and much, much more! I am not a huge fan of the cover artwork for this book; i preferred the other one but looks can be deceptive!
