Today I want to share two incredible books that I have read recently. I had seen them several times in bookshops but never got round to buying any but finally in September, I bought One Of Us Is Lying and loved it so much! I then got the sequel One Of Us Is Next in October. My parents also put another book by Karen M McManus called Two Can Keep A Secret aside for Christmas.

It is set in a town called Bayview where gossip king Simon Kelleher has been murdered. He used to spread secrets using an app called About That. The gossip was always personal, secret stuff no one had ever heard about before. There are four suspects. Each one is very different and each one hides a terrible secret, although it isn't always what you think...

The four suspects are targeted by media and so come together to clear their names and find out who really killed Simon. But in doing so uncover dark secrets about their town and everything they know...

In One Of Us Is Next, a Simon copycat wants to take hold just as Simon did. The main characters are either new or backstory characters from One Of Us Is Lying. This time, it all comes under the form of truth or dare. Truth reveals your darkest secrets and dare can be very dangerous. These new but incredible characters have to find out who it is before even more deaths are involved. But will they find out who it is before they are too late?

It is honestly an amazing series; I can't wait to read more by Karen M McManus!
